This years celebration is taking place on June 7-8\, 2025 in Scotchfort\, grand entry is at 1pm. This curated Mi’kmaq food experience is not just about the dishes themselves\, but the stories woven into each bite. It’s a chance to learn about the history of the Mi’kmaq people\, their deep connection to the land and sea\, and the importance of preserving traditional knowledge for future generations. Exploring Epekwitk will also feature cultural performances throughout the evening.
