This position provides assessment, therapy, case management, consultation and treatment to a variety of clients (ie., adults, children, and families) with mental health and substance use concerns and illnesses. The Mental Health and Substance Use Clinician provides assessment, ongoing stabilizing treatment, coordination of resources and consultations to clients, their families, and partners in care.

Mental Wellness and Addictions Clinical Case Manager
Location: Scotchfort, PE
Position: Full-Time Contract (2028 with possibility of extension)
Hourly Wage: $40-$47/hour commensurate with education and experience
This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Substance Use and Addictions Program (SUAP) at the Abegweit First Nation Mi’kmaq Wellness Centre. Working under the direction of the Manager of Mental Wellness and Addictions, this position supports culturally grounded, community-based addictions programming while assisting community members in accessing services and systems of care.

Mental Wellness and Addictions Support Workers (2 Positions)

This position will provide practical, person-centered support to individuals accessing mental health and addictions services. These positions are based in-office and will support clients through facilitated skill-building lessons delivered in group settings and one-on-one sessions.
